Private Pool
Our Lonavala villas — Kia, Krystal and Ratna — each come with a private swimming pool, several with an attached jacuzzi. Check each property page for pool size and details.
Parking
Free private parking is available at most of our properties, including dedicated multi-car parking at our Lonavala villas and building parking at our Pune apartments.
WiFi
High-speed WiFi is available across our serviced apartments (including dedicated workspace-ready connections), and at select villas — ask our team when enquiring.
Kitchen
Every property includes kitchen access, from fully equipped modular kitchens in our apartments to a well-stocked kitchenette in our villas.
Caretaker
Our private-pool villas come with on-site caretaker support throughout your stay. Apartments offer convenient self check-in with our team available on WhatsApp.
Power Backup
Power backup arrangements vary by property — let us know if this is essential for your stay and we'll confirm the exact setup before you book.
Security
Guest safety is a priority across all our properties, with CCTV security in place at select villas. Ask our team for the specifics of your chosen property.
Entertainment
Select properties, like The White House, come entertainment-ready with a pool table, arcade games, a home cinema setup and a sound system.
BBQ Area
A BBQ setup can be arranged on request at select properties — mention it when you enquire and our team will confirm availability for your dates.
Pet Policy
Pet policies vary by property. Let us know if you're travelling with a pet when you enquire, and we'll confirm whether your chosen villa or apartment can accommodate them.
Check-in Process
Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Villas are welcomed by our on-site caretaker; apartments offer self check-in via smart lock — early/late timing can often be arranged on request.
