Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp. No online payment is processed through this website — our team will share payment and confirmation details once your dates are agreed.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary slightly by property and season. Our team will share the exact policy for your dates when you enquire, before you confirm your booking.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat each property with care and be considerate of neighbouring residents, particularly regarding noise during evening and night hours.
Extra Guests
Additional guests beyond the listed base occupancy may be accommodated for a small extra charge at select properties. Please disclose your full group size when enquiring.
Pets
Pet policies vary by property. Let us know if you're travelling with a pet when you enquire, and we'll confirm whether your chosen villa or apartment can accommodate them.
Liability
Aaroh Stays and its property partners are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from guest negligence during a stay, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
